I have this ‘thing’…when I’m sending out mass email -be it personal or newsletters, etc- I send to Undisclosed Recepients. It’s not a trick. There’s no secret, no skill, no talent required. Just some thought to privaCC…
It’s just not PC (privacy correct) to be CC-een anymore people. BCC or be seen. Or is that the point? I prefer to remain inbox-nito.

You know…the complexity of the human personality never fails to astonish me. Perhaps what I mean is the do-ality of the human personality….not the duality and not the hypocrisy. The do-ality. The act of feeling opposite to what we do…
For instance…me…I love humanity. LOVE humanity. I don’t think we’re in for a bleak future. I think there’s a lot of hope for us. If it wasn’t for humankind. I’m not that fond of people. They’re kind of…weird. (more…)
Hate to use my personal blog as a ‘gripe-vine’ but…I’m a bit stunned by what I have witnessed today.
The blatant abuse of surface integrity. Only I could see how thin that layer was but only because I am privy to knowledge that the others present, were blissfully unaware of.
Won’t touch on the where, who and why because although I am quite certain that this gripevine blog is also blissfully under the radar….one can never be too sure…and face it…I’m having a bitch.

I don’t get webspeak…webonics.
I’m old school. Nah, I’m just old. I cannot stand ‘teh’ (lazy and just plain stupid) and I will never use ‘lol’ and ‘rofl’, etc but I don’t mind when others use these terms.
I understand why and use ‘u’ ‘r’ ’gr8′ etc in SMS and will accept it in emails, aka won’t judge their right to be lazy webonicize… this is not something I do because obviously I have too much time in my hands (I do write out that something made me ‘laugh out loud’)… but…I truly do understand the need for ‘lol’ and smilies.
As long as they’re not ever said aloud. I have visions of chronic lol users lolling around, clutching their stomachs, silently lol-ing. And apparently I’m precognitive. (more…)
